Am absolutely amazed at the uselessness of a banking app, that too from HSBC. Sluggish, buggy, takes almost a minute to log in and reach the payment page. Bank transfers, QR code payments, all fail at the first attempt. App just logs out on confirming payment. Then you repeat the process. Complaints to the bank are ignored. This is only for HSBC Vietnam.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. If you've ever used any other banking app you'd know how trash it is. It almost no features (and almost no improvement in 3 years). After the new update, logging in and performing transaction is so slow that the app logs got out for "inactivity"which means it's taken me up to 5 minutes at a point of sale to purchase a few items with QR code. I can't believe that the current rating is so high, I can only think that they "bought" the high rating reviews.

Well bad design interface and user experience at all, the very simple thing that when I want to transfer the money, while I have to input the amount to send but there is no way to see my balance at current screen. lol

• NAPAS 247 transfers are now made further secure as we'll display payee name when you enter the account number so that you can check and avoid paying the wrong person.
