I really like this ring and app when they work, but I haven't even had them for a month and a half and it randomly stops registering information for days at a time. This defeats the entire purpose of having the ring and app to track data, and if it isn't registering for days then I cant trust that it is registering all the information it can be even when it does show up in the app. It's just a lot of money to spend on a ring for maybe a month of benefit.

When I used this app with my first QRNT ring it worked perfectly; however I have just received the new QRNT slim ring and although the slim ring can connect successfully, when it tries to do the "catching up" sync it crashes the app and the app just closes so the data never gets to sync. Hopefully given the newness of this slim ring this is something that will be flagged and fixed in a (hopefully soon) future update.

I really have been liking my ring and experience all the updates have only made it better. I'm a little frustrated that they launched a new ring with cycle tracking tho. I have been waiting for an update for it and then they launch a whole new ring with it. seems unfair. I wouldn't of purchased the first one if I knew.
