The app always crashes the cutting machine most the time just rips my paper up so I think I spent more time and money and got nothing out of it. the machines are really expensive! And all I see on here is oh we're sorry about your experience blah blah blah then why don't you fix it. cuz I'm pretty mad that this was supposed to be a fun thing to do and turned into an expensive aggravating experience.

Missing buttons for delete, group, duplicate. To get on and have to update just for it to completely eliminate my options to work from the app on my phone and tablet is absurd. The update on my computer at least still has these options. Since I have to do things while on the go, the phone and tablet are my preferred choice. I have done the selecting, and nothing pops up on screen for these items either. At this point, I'm wondering if it's worth my time and money to keep buying cricut items.

Absolutely no help in figuring out how to fix the top left corner missing the print then cut guidelines. FAQ page doesn't help and nothing else is working. The UI is terrible and the app ever since recent updates has been having so many glitches and problems whereas it use to be so simple and easy to use. Things made sense and now things are harder to find.
