I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

This was my favourite delivery app which I've been using for the last nearly 8 years, but recently you have introduced verification after every 1-2 orders lol and in total up to nearly 7 times per day sometimes more ? what is this bro ? I don't understand this at all, I don't share my account, never have, and never will! I'm a British born citizen lol, honestly guys, this process really is a comedy show, please free me from constant verification LOL 😀 once per day is fine👍.

app team, include the total mileage needed to be driven to reach collection and delivery points so we can decide if it's worth doing the order. also the distance to customer needs to be in miles not metres in the uk. also you need to sort out the destinations sometimes I get to a collection and it says I'm too far away even when standing in the store and when you click travel to customer, the address is often wrong on the map and if you touch on the address to correct it, it vanishes altogether
