Update 10/2025: still broken 9 months later! The app is absolutely broken. You cannot use two payment methods on the same order on the app, so if you have a gift card with a balance below your order, you can't use it, and Subway won't cash it out. You're supposed to be able to use the app to pay, but that is broken, too. Ordering with app ALWAYS fails, and I've tried ordering to pick up in 4 stores in 2 states. I've got $20 of unusable digital gift cards because they only exist in a broken app!

Literally the worst app on my phone. Historically, the subway app has been the worse app I have ever tried to order food on, and even to this day, it remains completely broken. Cant sign in, and cant process payment. It pauses my music every time I change screens within the app or open the app. After uninstall and reinstall, trying to place my order again (as a guest, because the sign in is COMPLETELY broken) it still got stuck processing payment. Went to Jimmy John's instead. Their app works.

Ghastly Sunflower
If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero stars for the app and zero stars for your website both of which are unusable. The app never loads never keeps me signed in, and half the time my correct password has to be changed because for whatever reason, the app won't recognize it. On your website I can order things, and it will kick me out force me to sign back in and have emptied my cart. there is no point having an app or a website if they aren't going to be operable.
