Errors When Lowering Budgets | We try to update our budgets within this app. When we try to lower, the app gives us an error message. It happens frequently and appears to be on purpose, to keep us from lowering the budget any further. We have to login on a PC to lower them when this occurs. Very frustrating and concerning. Not customer focused.

It's a really great app in that it's easy to set up and maintain your ads. However, my account got hacked. Facebook disabled it, and there's nothing in their FAQ's about how to reopen the account. And of course, there's NO phone # to call and discuss it with anyone. I sent several emails but didnt receive a reply. So, if you decide to advertise on FB, which almost doubled my business, know that there is ZERO customer service if you need assistance with an ad or u have a billing issue!

Waste of time and money. Projected reach numbers are always hugely inflated (you will get about 1/10th of the impressions they say you will. Only ads that work are those to get page likes, then you have to pay to boost your posts, or they shown to No one. Spend you ad money elsewhere. Update 5/2023: somehow, it's even worse. Zero return on investment. The app is confusing, and doesn't work half the time.
