formatted terribly. All of the UI is way too big so you can't even see everything. A lot of the text and icons overlap because of it and other features can't even be seen because it's cut off. I had to go to the website in order to add another one of my children to my account because selecting the option to add a student within the app didn't give me any way to actually add my child. and the app is painfully slow too. this app needs a major overhaul in order for it to be effective.

The worst pay for lunches app ever. The option to pay by e-check is there but when I go to pay a balance or add money, it says the payment method isn't allowed. They do that so you pay their 4 dollar service fee just to add money. The look is very dated and boring. The max amount of 120 is ridiculous. I should be able to pay a whole year and not have to do it in batches where I keep getting hit with the service fee. Shame shame!

It is a time-consuming and inconvenient payment app. Our district could've chosen better. First, it tells me I can't log into the website after I provide my credentials, acting as though I'm still logged in. Then on the app, it you have verify your login every time you come back to use it. They also have the audacity to offer a $75/year membership to avoid transaction fees while declining the ability to pay using a bank account #, which they don't tell you until you've entered the info!
